STAT kids™ was founded by a mother struggling to manage her child’s food allergies. After an exhaustive search, she was surprised to find no age-appropriate, practical, allergy-specific products to help protect her child when she wasn’t with him. She decided to design them herself and STAT kids™ was born.

Since its September 2006 launch, STAT kids™ has received overwhelming feedback not only from parents and teachers who care for food-allergic kids, but from those who care for children with other health concerns, such as Celiac Disease, Diabetes, Asthma, Seizure Disorders, PKU, Bee Sting Allergies, medication allergies, and more.

In response to this need, STAT kids™ has broadened its mission and expanded its product line to address the needs of these kids as well. From specially-sized, comfortable, red silicone wristbands that boldly state each child's particular food allergy to bright red lunch bags that contain a health alert when mealtime is a high-risk activity, STAT kids™ is working to make kids safer.
