Q: My child has 10 allergies. Can you list them all on the lunch bag, backpack and poster?

A: Yes…we can list them all! We can list as many allergies as you need to identify and protect
your child.

Q: Can your backpacks, lunch bags and posters be customized to address other health
issues/concerns?

A: YES! We have received requests for DIABETES, PKU, GLUTEN FREE/CASEIN FREE and others. We will customize these products to address your child's specific needs. Be sure to select "other" in the allergy type and type in EXACTLY what you would like to appear on the insert.

Q: How can the emergency card be laminated if I have to fill it out first?

A: The emergency card comes with a self-laminating pocket that is sealed after you fill out the necessary information and affix your child’s photo. Simply peel off the adhesive backing and seal the card yourself.

Q: Can the wristbands be ordered to list multiple allergies on one band?

A: Only one allergy is displayed on each wristband.

Q: The wristbands are so small, how are they going to fit over my child's hand?

A: The 100% silicone wristbands stretch to fit over your child's wrist and fit comfortably on his wrist. The wristbands may be difficult to stretch at first, but quickly loosen up to go on and come off easily.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my customized and/or personalized order?

A: These orders usually ship within 7-10 days, but can occasionally take up to 2 weeks. If you have special delivery needs, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
